Thai massage is a wonderful, relaxing, revitalizing treatment that can soothe aches and pains, restore lost flexibility and bring the body back to a state of balance. All of our therapists have extensive training and have attained Certified Thai Bodywork Practitioner (TBP) level. Gift certificates can be easily purchased online and mailed/emailed.

| Performed fully clothed on a mat on the floor, Thai massage involves gentle stretching and pressure along energy lines to clear stagnation, improve range of motion, relieve pain and liberate energy. All stretching is within comfortable limits - clients do not have to be "flexible". | ||||

| An herbal compress treatment combines traditional Thai massage with Luk Pra Kob, a warm herbal compress with wonderful anti-inflammatory benefits. The Thai herbs, including varieties of ginger, lemongrass, camphor, kaffir lime and other elements, are steamed in a cotton bag and applied to the body during a Thai massage. | Clinical Thai Bodywork targets specific issues of pain and dysfunction. CTB uses principles of Trigger Point therapy, Thai bodywork and traditional Chinese medicine to analyze and treat pain. Often effective with difficult or intractable pain conditions. The therapist may use herbal compress or other additional modalities during the treatment. | ||||
